Nature of work:
- Ensuring the execution of the production plan;
- Process supervision and control;
- Efficient use of production capacity and resources;
- Ensuring product quality;
- Improving production processes;
- Analysis of results;
- Problem solving.
Shift work:
2 day shifts (from 07:00 to 19:00);
2 night shifts (from 19:00 to 07:00);
4 days off.
Employee requirements:
- Higher or higher education.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading a team.
- Pronounced leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills.
- Orientation towards results and the implementation of set goals.
- Responsibility, demanding of oneself and the team, and the ability to make decisions.
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills, the ability to communicate effectively with various people.
- Good analytical skills: the ability to systematize information, analyze data, formulate conclusions and make reasonable proposals.
- Good computer skills ("MS Word", "MS Excel"), experience working with specialized production management programs.
Advantages:
