We are looking for a shift foreman who will lead the production shift and ensure the smooth operation of the sorting process - coordinate tractor drivers, the work of the sorting line, and promptly resolve daily situations.
Employee requirements
- You have experience in production management and have a good understanding of efficiency and time management;
- You are able to plan, analyze and monitor production processes, ensure quality and effectively organize team work;
- You are proactive, have leadership qualities and strive for results;
- You are proficient in Excel and are not afraid of technological challenges.
Your main tasks will be:
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the production shift (sorting line, tractor drivers, employees);
- Distribute work and ensure that the process runs smoothly;
- Supervise the operation of sorting equipment and promptly respond to failures or disruptions;
- Ensure work order, discipline and safety in the shift;
- Monitor production results (quantities, quality, productivity);
- Solve daily problems on site (people, equipment, flows).
Work schedule:
- Night shift: 18:30 – 06:30
- Rotating schedule: 3 work / 3 days off
