Nature of work
- ensuring the fulfillment of shift production tasks;
- organizing the work of subordinate employees;
- supervision and control of the production process;
- ensuring the quality of manufactured products;
- solving problems that arise during production.
Work is carried out in shifts, with a 12-hour rolling work schedule:
- 2 day shifts: 7:00 - 19:00;
- 2 night shifts: 19:00 - 7:00;
- 2-3 days off.
Employee requirements
- higher or higher education;
- experience of similar work in a manufacturing company (an advantage);
- sociability, quick thinking, result orientation;
- diligence, attentiveness, responsible attitude to work;
- good command of Lithuanian and Russian languages;
- desire to learn and improve.
