Your main responsibilities will be:
- Smooth planning, organization and execution control of shift work;
- Management of a team of shift workers, induction and motivation;
- Implementation of production plans, ensuring production quality;
- Analysis of production results, reporting;
- Filling in timesheets and necessary documentation.
WORK PLACE: Ryto g.4, Menčių km., Akmenės district.
To succeed in this position you will need:
- Experience in leading a team in a manufacturing company;
- Knowledge of production processes, planning and work organization experience;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Leadership, ability to communicate and solve problems and work in a team;
- Ability to work shifts (days and nights).
