Nature of work
Leading the production shift team, organizing work and distributing tasks;
Monitoring the execution of the production plan, production quality and technological processes;
Ensuring a smooth production process;
Solving problems arising during production, analyzing their causes and initiating preventive actions;
Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality and work standards established in the company;
Cooperation with other production departments to achieve effective work organization.

What do we expect from you?
Higher or higher education (education in food technology or a similar field is an advantage);
Understanding of production processes and ability to organize teamwork;
Responsibility, independence, ability to make decisions and solve problems;
Good computer skills;
Willingness to learn, improve and look for more efficient ways of working;
Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems;
Knowledge of English would be an advantage.
