Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Shift Technician who will contribute to ensuring the smooth running of the production process and maintaining equipment.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure proper technical condition of line equipment and machines and their uninterrupted operation
- Participate in drawing up and implementing a reactive and preventive maintenance plan for line equipment
- Organize and perform equipment repairs in compliance with employee safety, good manufacturing practices (GMP) and 5S requirements
- Resolve complex equipment failures, identify their causes and implement preventive actions
- Develop technical skills of line operators and share accumulated experience
- Actively participate in meetings, provide actions to improve indicators and ensure data collection on equipment downtime during the shift
- If necessary, replace the operator-technician
We hope you:
- Have a technical education or/and similar work experience (working with equipment, its operation and repair)
- Have technological knowledge of production processes
- Knowledge of employee safety requirements
- Able to read technical drawings
- Have good English knowledge
- Be familiar with LEAN principles - an advantage
- Experience working with Solvace and SAP programs - an advantage
Work schedule 3 shifts.
