Our lines run fast, but sometimes they need your technical skills. We are looking for a foreman who will not let the equipment "rest" in the middle of a shift and will ensure that all mechanisms work precisely like a Swiss watch.

What will you do (your mission):
- You will ensure stability - you will promptly maintain equipment and react to line stops in a flash.
- You will manage mechanisms - you will accurately diagnose failures, repair them and do everything to prevent them from happening again.
- You will plan prevention - you will anticipate problems (5S and GGV will become your everyday life).
- You will be a mentor - you will share technical experience with operators, and if necessary - replace them.
We hope you:
- You have a technical mindset, experience with equipment and know how to read drawings.
- You know production processes and safety requirements.
- You speak English (technical terms will not cause you stress).
- Big pluses: if you know LEAN principles or already know how to work with Solvace and SAP programs.
You can work on a 3-shift schedule.
