🏈You will ensure that results are achieved and clearly communicated to colleagues
🏈You will be responsible for the smooth work of the shift and processes: collection, filling out daily results reports, analyzing guest opinions, sales control and organizing working hours, etc.
🏈You will be close to the guests - so that their expectations are not only met, but also exceeded ✨
🏈You will accept reservations, order goods as needed
🏈You will resolve conflicts in accordance with the ACTION! service standard so that guests always experience the best emotions
