We are looking for a Shift Manager in Alytus!

We are a modern manufacturing company, founded in 2008 in the Alytus Industrial District. Since the beginning of our activities, we have exported up to 95% of our production to markets such as Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and the Baltic States.
We have a strong technological base, reliable partners and extensive experience in manufacturing, delivering and installing PVC and aluminum windows, doors and facades of varying complexity.
A modern, automated factory is our tool for efficiency, quality and keeping promises. It allows us to manage processes accurately, minimize the risk of errors and ensure smooth production and adherence to deadlines.
We pay individual attention to each client, and a professional team to projects. Our priority is quality, responsibility and long-term relationships.

Your responsibilities
- Manage the shift and team – plan, coordinate and control work;
- Ensure the implementation of the production plan in accordance with the established deadlines and quality requirements;
- Monitor the quality and efficiency of production processes;
- Manage the distribution of raw materials and resources;
- Resolve problems promptly, ensure that they do not recur;
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire safety and internal procedures;
- Provide proposals for process improvement and cost optimization.
What do we expect from you
- 3-5 years of Shift Manager/Foreman experience;
- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to make decisions and respond quickly to situations;
- Experience working with LEAN or other efficiency methodologies;
- Experience in Window/Door production would be an advantage;
- Good MS Office skills, Russian language is an advantage.
