- UAB „KODERUS“
KODERUS is a developer and manufacturer of innovative facade solutions, growing in Lithuania and international markets. This year we opened a new factory in Alytus, and we are looking for reinforcements for our team.
Your responsibilities:
- Supervision and organization of the production process;
- Distribution of work on the production line, achieving efficiency and productivity;
- Quality control of manufactured products;
- Coordination, motivation and development of team work;
- Ensuring order and safety in the workplace;
- Filling out production documentation, working with the accounting system;
- Cooperation with other departments, aiming to optimize production processes.
We hope you:
- Have work experience in the manufacturing sector;
- Able to plan, organize and ensure the quality of production processes;
- Have a technical understanding of production processes and equipment;
- Work well with a computer;
- Have a responsible approach to work, good organizational skills.
- Have experience in applying Lean, 5S or Kaizen methodologies;
- Knowledge of the principles of "Industry 4.0".
