Your day will look like this:
🌏 Work location: Ariogala, Raseiniai district.
Work in four shifts of 12 hours each (2 day, 2 night and 4 free).
I will organize and coordinate the course of technological processes of the shift;
I will ensure the effective use of production resources and the implementation of the production plan, coordination with other departments of the company;
I will supervise the implementation of production technological quality requirements in technological processes;
I will properly delegate and coordinate the performance of employee tasks;
Supervision and planning of working time costs, control of the implementation of production norms;
Team formation, development and motivation.

in 2016 we implemented the FSC standard in our activities, which ensures that our products are made from wood obtained from a forest that complies with the principles of sustainable development, and there were no impurities from uncertified forests at any stage of the product production.
The application of the FSC standard in the company not only guarantees that the manufactured products meet the strictest quality and safety requirements, but also indicates that the company's activities pay special attention to improving the microclimate of employees and the safety and health of work.
