We are currently looking for a Shift Manager to lead one of the 4 production shifts in our 24/7 Plastic Injection Molding department.
In this position you:
- Coordinate the work and resources of the production shift.
- Organize work in accordance with the production plan.
- Be responsible for ensuring the quality of production processes and manufactured products.
- Ensure the implementation of occupational safety and health requirements for your team.
- Participate in the implementation of the LEAN system, have broad opportunities for the implementation of production efficiency ideas.
- Delegate responsibilities to subordinate employees, assess their productivity and the quality of work performed.
- Implement shift goals, analyze results, and submit reports.
- Work in 12-hour shifts: 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, 4 off (day shift 6:00-18:30; night shift 18:00-06:30, night work hours are paid at a rate of 1.5).
What do we expect from you:
- 1+ years of team management experience in a manufacturing company,
- Knowledge of production organization principles, ability to analyze shift results,
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks, quickly solve emerging problems,
- Knowledge of safety and health requirements and their enforcement during the shift,
- Ability to apply LEAN, PPI tools,
- Computer literacy (MS Office), ability to work with internal business management systems,
- Higher/tertiary education,
- Very good knowledge of Lithuanian, basics of English and Russian.

Salary
We offer an attractive salary that is commensurate with the candidate's efforts and experience, based on their skills and competence. The base salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h to 22 Eur/h (~2520 Eur – 3696 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.
- The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly wage excluding taxes.
- Night work hours are paid at a rate of 1.5, which means that the actual salary will be higher.
