Shift Manager | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for a Shift Manager to supplement and strengthen our growing team, located in Molėtai, Paluokesos g. 11.

Our devices are developed and assembled in the Teltonika electronics production units - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

We create all the necessary conditions for each employee to improve their skills, gain detailed knowledge about the products we manufacture, and grow professionally in every way.

In this position, you will:

• You will manage a team of 20-30 employees.
• You will participate in the implementation of the LEAN system, you will have wide opportunities for the implementation of ideas for improving production efficiency.
• You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of production processes and manufactured products.
• You will plan and redistribute resources according to the production plan for a specific day.
• You will implement the goals of the shift, analyze the results, submit reports.
• You will delegate responsibilities to subordinate employees, evaluate their productivity and the quality of the work performed.
• You will work in 2 shifts: I - 6:30-15:00, II- 15:00-23:30, 5 days a week (weekends and holidays off).

What we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of managerial experience (for a production team - an advantage)
• Higher / higher education (in the fields of electronics, mechanics, telecommunications or radio-electronic equipment - an advantage).
• Ability to build a team, delegate tasks, maintain a good emotional climate.
• Computer literacy (MS office).
• English language skills at B1 - B2 level.

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 15 Eur/hr. to 20 Eur/hr.* (~2520 - ~3360 Eur per month) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

• The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly wage before tax.
