RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and distribution of production tasks to a team of employees (up to 15 people);
- Monitoring, analyzing work efficiency and implementing improvement solutions;
- Ensuring uninterrupted and smooth production process in the assigned department;
- Monitoring production quality and monitoring compliance with quality requirements;
- Prompt resolution of malfunctions and problem situations;
- Preparing, filling out and administering production documentation.
Work: from 06:30 to 18:00 on a rolling schedule.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- At least 1-2 years of managerial experience in the production field (experience in the food industry is an advantage);
- Ability to effectively organize shift work, distribute tasks and ensure their timely completion;
- Knowledge of production processes, understanding of quality standards and hygiene requirements;
- Excellent cooperation, teamwork and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, make decisions and promptly resolve emerging situations;
- Good computer skills, experience working with internal systems and completing production documentation.
