Nature of work
- shift management;
- planning, organization and control of production processes;
- responsibility for work efficiency and quality, execution of the production plan;
- shift personnel management and administration;
- participation in efficiency and quality improvement projects; mastering new work organization methodologies.
Shift work, sliding schedule, after 12 hours (2 day, 2 night, 4 free)
Employee requirements
- experience in similar work in production;
- knowledge of printing technologies (advantage);
- knowledge of lean methods (advantage);
- higher or higher education; (advantage)
- ability to work in a team, cooperation;
- willingness to learn, constant improvement;
- responsibility, customer orientation;
- neatness;
- computer literacy;
- ability to plan working time according to the tasks received.
