Daily Tasks:
- organizing the work of the wood, metal, finishing, assembly or packaging department bar to ensure the smooth execution of production tasks (working in one of the listed departments);
- leading subordinate production employees, their training and motivation;
- ensuring quality, order, safety requirements;
- analyzing production results and preparing proposals;
- searching for and implementing new technological solutions;
- monitoring and planning working time costs, controlling the fulfillment of production standards;
- implementing the production plan and coordinating with other departments.

have managerial experience in a furniture manufacturing company;
understand production drawings and technical documentation;
are positive, communicative, and cooperative in achieving company goals;
are responsible, proactive, and organized;
can work in a shift work schedule (I shift: Mon-Fri, 05:45 – 14:15; II shift: Mon-Fri, 14:30 – 23:00).
