Your responsibilities will be:
An international company providing furniture and interior solutions is looking for a team member to join our team! Now is a great opportunity to join our team, because we offer long-term employment, comfortable working conditions and free transportation from work while working in the afternoon shift!
Work schedule: I - V, morning (05:45 - 14:15) and afternoon (14:30 - 23:00) shifts. Shifts change weekly.
Place of work: Kaunas FEZ.
- organizing the work of the shop department bar to ensure the smooth execution of production tasks;
- managing subordinate production employees, their development and motivation;
- ensuring quality, order, safety requirements;
- analyzing production results and preparing proposals;
- searching for and implementing new technological solutions;
- monitoring and planning working time costs, controlling the fulfillment of production standards;
- implementing the production plan and coordinating with other departments.

- you are responsible, proactive, organized;
