RESPONSIBILITIES
- Distribution of tasks to production employees (up to 15 people);
- Control and optimization of labor productivity;
- Ensuring a smooth production process in the assigned department;
- Quality control;
- Solving problem situations;
- Filling in the necessary documentation.
Work on a sliding schedule (3 working days, 3 days off) in day shifts (6:30 -18:00).
Workplace - Dovainonias village (near Rumšiškės). Transport from Kaišiadorys, Žiežmariai, Elektrėnai, Jieznas, Prienai, Alytus and their surroundings is organized by the company.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- At least 1-2 years of management experience in production (an advantage is in the food industry);
- Ability to organize shift work, plan tasks and ensure their implementation;
- Understanding of production processes, quality requirements and hygiene standards;
- Good teamwork and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems "here and now";
- Computer literacy (working with internal systems, production documentation).
