• Plan, organize and coordinate a team of 30-40 warehouse employees;
• Ensure the performance of planned work, supervising warehouse work processes;
• Solve daily problems that arise;
• Monitor compliance with work procedures and safety requirements;
• Participate in selections, train new employees, motivate existing team members;
• Fill out shift documentation using logistics systems;
• Provide suggestions and insights to the manager on improving and streamlining activities.

Work schedule:

• Evening work schedule, from 17:00 to 02:00
• 5 working days a week, Saturday is always a day off, another day off - during the week.

WE EXPECT THAT YOU:

• Have management or team coordination experience;
• Able to make decisions quickly and work in a dynamic environment;
• You are communicative, responsible and result-oriented;
• You are able to work with a computer (MS Office or similar programs);
• You can work evening hours.
