SHIFT MANAGER IN GARLIAVA

A shift manager who we could entrust with the smooth operation of the warehouse, its coordination, and provide the opportunity to actively contribute to the work. Are you able to organize a team? Do you have experience in the field of warehousing? Do you know how to plan, ensure order and efficiency? Join our team!

• Plan, organize and coordinate the work of a team of 30-40 warehouse employees, ensuring smooth execution of processes and implementation of planned tasks;
• Promptly resolve daily operational issues and ensure compliance with work procedures and safety requirements;
• Participate in employee selection, train new team members, take care of the motivation of existing employees and team results;
• Manage shift documentation, work with logistics systems and provide the manager with insights and suggestions for improving work processes and operational efficiency.

WE EXPECT THAT YOU:

• Have experience in management or team coordination;
• Are able to make decisions quickly and work in a dynamic environment;
• Are communicative, responsible and result-oriented;
• Able to work with a computer (MS Office or similar programs);
• Speak English and/or Russian (an advantage);
• Experience in logistics is required, but not essential.

SALARY:

• During the probationary period, we guarantee a salary of 1800 EUR/month (cash). After the probationary period, the salary depends on the performance.
