Nature of work:
MTL is looking for a shift manager who is able to mobilize a team, manage production results and constantly look for ways to work more efficiently.
Main responsibilities:
Organize shift work and ensure the implementation of the production plan.
Lead the shift team: distribute work, develop employees, provide feedback.
Manage and analyze shift KPIs: productivity, efficiency, quality, downtime, plan implementation.
Ensure the quality of manufactured products, compliance with established quality requirements and technological discipline.
Respond to quality non-conformities, ensure that the problem is controlled and actions are taken to prevent its recurrence.
Analyze losses and initiate continuous improvement actions.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety, hygiene and established production standards.
Cooperate with planning, quality, technical, logistics and other departments.

What to expect:
At least 2 years of experience as a shift manager or in a similar leadership position in production.
Ability to lead a team and achieve agreed results.
Experience working with production KPIs and the ability to make decisions based on data.
Understanding and practical application of the principles of continuous improvement.
Good problem-solving and cooperation skills with other departments.
Experience in a printing house or packaging production is an advantage.
We are looking for a manager for whom it is important not only to “close the shift”, but also to understand why the result was achieved or not achieved and what we can do better tomorrow.
While the construction of a new factory is underway in Jonava, the completion of which is planned for spring 2027, upon employment, training and work will be organized at the factory, which is located in Trakai district, Maišinės k. 1-2.
Ability to lead a team and achieve agreed results.
