WHAT YOUR WORKING DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
- Plan shift work and distribute tasks to the team.
- Ensure smooth packaging process according to production plan.
- Monitor production quality and compliance with standards.
- Control the use of raw materials, packaging materials and equipment.
- Ensure occupational safety, hygiene and order requirements.
- Resolve current problems and organize corrective actions.
- Lead the team, train new employees, maintain motivation.
- Fill out shift reports.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
Work is organized in shifts:
1st shift: 06:00 - 14:30
2nd shift: 14:30 - 23:00
3rd shift: 22:00-06:30
Shifts change weekly.
Basic Russian language skills are required.
Work location: Medelyno st. 20, Zapyškis.
