Nature of work:
What will you do?
- You will manage a shift in the carpet cleaning shop (30-40 employees).
- You will plan and distribute daily tasks.
- You will create shift work schedules.
- You will ensure that work is performed on time, with high quality and efficiency.
- You will monitor work performance indicators and look for ways to improve processes.
- You will train new employees and help them integrate into the team faster.
- You will solve daily production situations and make decisions promptly.
- You will ensure work discipline, safety and order in the shop.
- You will cooperate with the logistics, customer service and administration teams.
Employee requirements:

✔ Have experience in team management (in production, warehouse, logistics or the service sector).
✔ You are able to plan work and set priorities.
✔ You can work in shifts, including weekends.
✔ You know how to motivate people and solve problems.
✔ You are not afraid of responsibility and decision-making.
✔ You can speak English.
✔ You are focused on results, quality and efficiency.
✔ You are able to work with a computer (MS Office).
Experience in production or process management is a great advantage.
