What responsibilities will we entrust to:

  • organize and coordinate shift work, effectively distributing human and production resources;
  • ensure the implementation of the production plan, compliance with quality, productivity and safety requirements;
  • monitor and analyze key production indicators and make decisions to improve operational efficiency;
  • develop, motivate and mobilize the team to achieve common goals;
  • coordinate daily processes and promptly resolve emerging situations;
  • prepare production reports and provide suggestions for improving operations;
  • contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and strengthening the LEAN culture.

We believe that you:

  • you have a higher education (engineering/management);
  • you have experience in leading a team in a manufacturing or industrial company;
  • you are able to organize work and make decisions in a dynamic environment;
  • you know how to motivate a team and achieve common results;
  • you communicate well in Lithuanian, and knowledge of Russian and English would be a great advantage;
  • you have good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.);
  • you are focused on results, quality and continuous improvement.

Salary

3400-3700 €/mon. gross
