Shift Manager

Organization of production work, distribution of work, coordination and supervision;
Ensuring the quality of production;
Repair of production equipment within the limits of one's competence;
Instructing subordinate employees on occupational safety and health issues;
Training employees in the workplace;
Assistance to management in finding the best solutions for the implementation and development of the company's activities;
Work in shifts with a rolling work schedule of 12 hours (2 day, 2 night, 4 free).

Workplace in Kuršėnai.

Work experience in a manufacturing company is required;
Higher or higher education;
Good people skills, organizational and planning skills, analytical thinking;
Good computer skills, Office software skills;
Driver's license.
