Smooth organization of shift work – will ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Allocation of tasks to employees and their supervision – will ensure uniform quality of work and adherence to processes.
Implementation of production plans, accounting of manufactured products and consumed raw materials, ensuring production quality and labor productivity.
Efficient use of production capacities and resources – we will optimize both time and resources.
Employee training and competency development – improving team skills.
Work with computer programs – management of documentation and production processes using company systems.
💰 Additional information:
Work is in shifts of 12 hours (days and nights) according to a pre-agreed schedule.
For successful results achieved, a bonus of up to +20% is applied to the salary, after a probationary period.

Our journey in the world of ice cream began in 1950 as a family-run business. This is where our story began, which has been developing consistently, with ambition and clear taste to this day.
Today, our ice cream reaches consumers all over the world – from the nearest European countries to more distant exotic markets.
“Klaipėdos pienas” is part of one of the largest and most modern milk processing groups in the Baltic States – “Žemaitijos pienas”. The group has accumulated more than 100 years of experience and unites 13 brands and more than 1,200 employees.
Our company employs about 140 people, thanks to whom several dozen different types of ice cream are presented to the world under our DIONE and KAR KAR brands.
