Nature of work:
- Organization of shift work and ensuring the implementation of the production plan.
- Distribution of employees, drawing up work schedules, training of new employees.
- Monitoring and improving production indicators (quality, productivity, defects, costs).
- Ensuring the maintenance of the condition of technical equipment, order and occupational safety.
- Solving problems, deviations and incidents during the shift.
- Responsibility for the effective use of raw materials, materials and work tools.
- Cooperation with other managers and making proposals for improving processes.
Work schedule
Work in shifts: 2-day day shift, 2-day night shift, 4 days off.
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing (technical, industrial or manufacturing environment).
- Technical thinking and understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Management experience - desirable.
- Ability to plan, make decisions and work with several tasks simultaneously.
- Responsibility, diligence, result orientation.
- Advantage - occupational safety, fire safety, forklift or technical certificates.
