Nature of work:
Organize and coordinate the daily work of the heater assembly line:
- Induct new employees, organize their training and ensure successful adaptation.
- Supervise the work of the assigned production line and ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor production processes, control the workflow and ensure production efficiency.
- Respond promptly to production disruptions, organize their rapid elimination and ensure the prevention of downtime.
