Ice cream production company in Mažeikiai is looking for a SHIFT MANAGER
We are looking for a responsible and results-oriented Shift Manager who would be responsible for the smooth organization of the production process during the shift, the organization of employee work and ensuring safety, quality and productivity at the ice cream factory in Mažeikiai.

- Employment contract: fixed-term;
- Nature of work: shift work.
We are looking for a responsible and results-oriented Shift Manager who would be responsible for the smooth organization of the production process during the shift, the organization of employee work and ensuring safety, quality and productivity at the ice cream factory in Mažeikiai.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Organization of shift work, distribution of tasks to production workshop employees;
- Coordination of production processes, supervision of technological processes during the work shift;
- Control of production indicators, analysis of results, preparation of reports;
- Production accounting in the SAP program;
- Education and motivation of shift employees, cooperation with other departments;
- Participation in continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, safety culture) initiatives.
Requirements:
- Higher / non-university education;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Experience in a production environment (management experience is an advantage);
- Ability to lead a team and make decisions in a dynamic environment;
- Knowledge of employee safety and health requirements;
- Lithuanian k. knowledge - essential, English k. basics - an advantage.
