Nature of work
- Ensure the implementation of production plans and work organization;
- Coordinate the work of employees in the shift, solve problems that arise;
- Monitor compliance with quality standards;
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth production;
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements;
- Work in shifts that change weekly from 5:30 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:30 (excluding night shifts, weekends and holidays).
Employee requirements
- Experience in production (at least 1 year);
- Ability to think analytically, work carefully and independently;
- Computer skills;
- Teamwork and leadership skills;
- Advantage – knowledge of production processes, ERP systems;
- Result orientation, problem solving;
- Driver's license (Cat. B).
