WHAT WILL AWAIT YOU:
You will be the leader of your team - you will organize the work of the shift.
You will ensure that everyone has the necessary tools and materials and uses them effectively.
I will control that the maintenance of equipment is timely and smooth.
You will manage the production process and help maintain high quality.
You will monitor how the plans are being implemented, offer ideas on how we can work even better.
You will help newcomers quickly integrate into the team and ensure their smooth learning process.

WHAT WE EXPECT:
Higher education in technical and/or management fields.
Understanding of production processes (metalworking) and equipment maintenance (mechanics dominate).
Computer literacy (MS Office).
Practical management experience in the field of production.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibility, initiative and analytical thinking.
