Nature of work
We are looking for a Shift Manager who will be responsible for the smooth operation of the parcel distribution shift. In this position, you will lead team leaders and ensure that all processes – unloading, sorting and loading – are carried out on time, smoothly and efficiently.

- Plan, organize and control parcel distribution processes (unloading, sorting, loading).
- Ensure that shift work is completed on time and according to quality standards.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth operation of processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), provide suggestions for process improvement.
- Create an open and effective culture of communication within the team and between team members.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and internal regulations.
- Cooperate with other departments.
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 19:00 - 04:00.

Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisory role in logistics/warehousing/distribution.
- Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
