Organization and coordination of sales activities in the store
Management of store employees
Employee development and motivation
Ensuring the quality of customer service
Ordering goods

Candidate requirements

Able to work in shifts from 5:30 to 14:30 and from 14:00 to 22:30
Vocational or higher education
1-2 years of work experience (not necessarily in the field of trade)
Good organizational and teamwork skills
Ability to take responsibility
Customer and results-oriented
Willingness to work not only in management, but also in physical work
