Responsibility for:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the bottling department shift team, organize and coordinate daily work.
Plan the work of employees, create work schedules and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Coordinate the bottling process from receiving raw materials to transferring finished products to the warehouse.
Ensure the implementation of planned production plans and efficient operation of production lines.
Monitor and ensure compliance with product quality, food safety and employee safety requirements.
Analyze performance results, solve daily production challenges and initiate performance improvement solutions.
Develop team members, provide feedback and help achieve common goals.

Requirements:
Higher or higher education (in technology, engineering, management or other related field).
At least 2 years of team management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to organize work, set priorities and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
Team building, communication and employee development skills.
Understanding of production process organization and operational efficiency.
Good computer skills (MS Office).
English language skills (at least B1 level).
Experience in a food, beverage or other manufacturing company would be an advantage.
At least 2 years of team management experience in a manufacturing environment.
