- Ability to lead a team and motivate employees to achieve common goals;
- Responsibility for the organization of production processes and smooth shift work;
- Ability to quickly respond to non-standard situations and make effective decisions;
- Orientation to results, quality and continuous improvement;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in leading a team in a manufacturing company or similar environment (an advantage);
- Computer skills;
- Knowledge of English and Russian.
