Main responsibilities:
- Organizing team work;
- Ensuring smooth production process and implementation of established plans;
- Leading a team of shift workers, distributing tasks and controlling their performance;
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured products;
- Compliance with hygiene, food safety and occupational safety requirements;
- Controlling the use of production raw materials;
- Compliance of manufactured products with established recipes;
- Filling and controlling production reports and related documents;
- Improving the efficiency of production processes using LEAN methods;
- Forming and developing a subordinate team.

- Having at least 2 years of experience in production, food industry or similar work organization;
- Able to quickly respond to non-standard situations and solve problems;
- Likes to work in a dynamic environment and is not afraid of responsibility;
- Want to grow with the team and contribute to changes;
- Demands for results, but knows how to motivate and build a team;
- Seeks recognition for achieved goals and is result-oriented;
- Has good computer skills;
- Can understand and communicate in English and Russian
