We are looking for an experienced logistics professional who wants to be responsible for the smooth operation and processes of the warehouse.
- Organizing smooth and efficient work in the warehouse;
- Organizing and controlling the work of subordinate personnel;
- Creating and controlling work schedules;
- Entering information about employee vacations, incapacity for work and absenteeism in the substitute program;
- Tracking the planned indicators and ensuring their implementation;
- Ensuring work safety in the department;
- Ensuring and maintaining order in the warehouse.
Employee requirements
- Managerial work experience in the field of logistics and warehouse process management;
- Organizational skills of personnel management and task delegation;
- Computer literacy, experience in managing logistics and warehouse information systems;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages (advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of retail or wholesale logistics processes;
- Knowledge of the substitute program (advantage).
