JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Compliance with the production plan, set goals and set deadlines during the shift;
  • Effective organization, distribution and control of work for shift employees;
  • Monitoring equipment and promptly resolving technical problems;
  • Achieving the shift result, completing the necessary documentation, preparing reports;
  • Ensuring the production process, compliance with the established quality, technological and safety requirements;
  • Motivating, educating shift employees, ensuring order and discipline.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Experience in the position of production/shift manager/foreman;
  • Technical or engineering higher/higher education;
  • At least 1-2 years of successful work experience in the field of production leading a team;
  • Ability to adhere to the production plan, manage daily situations and promptly adapt to changes;
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office);
  • Good knowledge of Lithuanian (English/Russian is considered an advantage);
  • Experience in a LEAN environment, applying appropriate tools and methodologies.
