Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Ensure smooth organization, supervision and control of production processes (waste sorting) during the shift.
- Ensure the implementation of established production plans, in accordance with quality, safety and efficiency requirements.
- Form, develop and coordinate a team of shift workers.
- Organize waste acceptance and removal processes, carry out their control and ensure timely and accurate management of related documentation.
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate key production performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, downtime and quality, and initiate actions to improve them.
- Prepare periodic production reports, conduct their analysis and provide reasonable insights and proposals to increase operational efficiency.
- Apply Lean methodology principles in daily activities, aiming at continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employee safety, quality and environmental requirements and implementation of internal procedures.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- You have at least 1-2 years of work experience in the field of production, warehousing or waste management (supervisory work experience is an advantage).
- You are able to effectively organize team work, make decisions and solve operational problems.
- You have analytical thinking, are able to work with data, analyze KPI indicators and make decisions based on data.
- You know the basic principles of production process management, the basics of Lean methodology.
- You are able to work with a computer (MS Office, Excel).
- You have good knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian - an advantage.
- You are ready to work in a shift work schedule (5 working days, 2 days off, from 7 am to 4 pm).
