You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring production according to the assortment, technical, quality requirements and deadlines;
- Control of the level of energy resources, raw materials/materials and other reserves required for production;
- Organization of work of shift workers and on-duty personnel according to the rules and procedures in force in the Company;
- Operation of work equipment, forklifts and ensuring compliance with the requirements of technological regulations and instructions;
- Filling out documentation and reports related to production and production workers;
- Ensuring safe work of subordinate employees, provision of personal protective equipment and necessary training;
- Cooperation with other departments in order to ensure uninterrupted production activities;
- Support of the LEAN system and its further implementation in shift work.
We hope that by joining us:
- Has a higher education or equivalent in the fields of production, technology or engineering;
- Has at least two years of work experience in the position of production or shift manager;
- Is able to plan and organize team work according to the established deadlines and scope;
- Is able to mobilize the team to achieve a common goal by fostering cooperation, initiative, continuous improvement and purposeful goal pursuit;
- Works smoothly in a dynamic, change-driven environment;
- Communicates fluently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing;
- Has a category B driver's license.
