You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring production according to the assortment, technical, quality requirements and deadlines;
- Controlling the level of energy resources, raw materials/materials and other reserves required for production;
- Organizing the work of shift workers and on-duty personnel according to the rules and procedures in force in the company;
- Operating work equipment, forklifts and ensuring compliance with the requirements of technological processes and instructions;
- Filling out documentation and reports related to production and production workers;
- Ensuring the safe work of subordinate employees, providing them with personal protective equipment and necessary training;
- Cooperation with other departments to ensure uninterrupted production activities;
- Maintaining the LEAN system and its further implementation in shift work.
We hope that by joining us:
- Has a higher education or equivalent in the fields of production, technology or engineering;
- Has at least two years of work experience in a production or shift manager position;
- Able to plan and organize team work according to the established deadlines and scope;
- Able to mobilize the team to achieve a common goal while fostering it;
- Are cooperative, proactive, and goal-oriented;
- Operate smoothly in a dynamic, change-driven environment;
- Communicate fluently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing;
- Have a category B driver's license.
