Vilnius-based restaurant "...Grey" is looking for a team leader:
- shift manager.
We are looking for a team member who:
- has experience in management positions in the restaurant sector;
- speaks and writes fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- has leadership qualities and knows how to build a team;
- is hospitable, curious, proactive, tidy, honest, not inclined to be late - a true example for team members and, of course, is responsible;
- has good computer skills;
- quickly orients himself in situations.
What are you going to do?
- organize and plan the work of the restaurant team;
- maintain and create the restaurant's work order;
- be responsible for the restaurant's order and image;
- organize team training, five-minute meetings and meetings;
- supervise the quality of the restaurant's work and be responsible for the restaurant's activities;
- take care of the good experiences of team members and restaurant guests and sometimes resolve unexpected, conflict situations;
- work with the restaurant's cash register system, personnel documents;
- generate new ideas and contribute to their implementation in the restaurant's activities.
