Become a part of BALTO print - the largest book printing house in the Baltic States - and join the ranks of SHIFT MANAGERS in Vilnius.
📦 Your work will be very important because you will contribute to:
- implementation of production plans during the shift;
- organization and control of the work of shift employees according to established production plans and priorities;
- optimization of the use of resources in production units;
- monitoring of production processes and ensuring compliance with quality and employee safety and health requirements;
- analysis of production results and reporting to the production manager;
- submission and implementation of proposals in order to improve production processes and ensure uninterrupted production flow.
⏰ We offer a convenient work schedule:
Shifts by 12 hours only during the day: 3 working days (07:00–19:00) → 3 days off.
👤 In our team you will need:
- experience in leading a team in a manufacturing company;
- excellent time management skills, orientation towards team results and work quality;
- analytical skills, observant and ability to solve problems in a complex way;
- knowledge of LEAN methods (would be an advantage).
