Nature of work
- Organization of team work, motivation, education, assignment of tasks, control of work time accounting.
- Execution of production plans, quality control, production and materials accounting.
- Constantly seek to increase the efficiency of shift activities, improve the quality of work of subordinate employees.
- Ensuring and monitoring compliance with employee safety requirements.
- Shift work schedule (day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.). 3 working days, 3 days off.
Employee requirements
- Successful work experience in a manufacturing company as a shift manager or team leader is required.
- Achieving set goals and a desire to improve.
- Resistance to stress and tension.
- Ability to flexibly adapt to a constantly changing situation.
- Ability to work and make decisions independently.
- Flexibility and ability to work with different people.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
