Main responsibilities:

- Lead the shift team and ensure efficient organization of daily work
- Monitor the production process, promptly resolve emerging problems and ensure uninterrupted operations
- Control that production processes are carried out in accordance with established requirements and internal procedures
- Ensure that quality, occupational safety and hygiene standards are met
- Administer information related to shift work, prepare and maintain necessary records
- Plan team work, distribute tasks and ensure efficient use of human resources
- Cooperate with other departments, ensuring smooth transfer of information between shifts
We are looking for someone who:
- Able to work a rotating shift schedule, including day and night shifts
- Has experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Has experience organizing team work or coordinating daily processes
- Able to plan work, set priorities and make decisions quickly
- Is responsible, organized, meticulous and focused on quality results
- Willing to learn, take responsibility and contribute to the smooth operation of the team
