🎯 You will be responsible for smooth, safe and efficient shift work and quality assurance of production processes.

🛠️ Your main tasks:
- Coordinate the work of operators and other shift workers
- Ensure the smooth operation of production line equipment
- Participate in the management and implementation of quantitative and qualitative accounting of manufactured products within the limits of your competence
- Prepare and approve employee work schedules and fill in working time accounting
- Ensure the quality of manufactured products within the limits of your responsibility
- Monitor compliance with technological processes
- Fill in assigned production documents and journals
- Organize the smooth transfer of the shift to the next shift
- Provide suggestions for improving work processes and contributing to the efficiency of operations
💼 This position will suit you if:
- Able to work a 12-hour shift schedule (2 days / 2 nights / 4 days off)
- Have work experience in a manufacturing company - this would be a great advantage
- Have similar work experience - experience in the food industry would be a great advantage
- Have team management skills and experience
- Have a desire to work and improve
- You are a responsible person, characterized by orderliness, diligence and reliability
