What awaits you in this role?
You will be the person who ensures that the shift runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
Your main tasks:
Your main tasks:
- Coordinate the work of operators and subordinates
- Ensure the smooth operation of the equipment on the line
- Participate in the management and implementation of quantitative and qualitative accounting of the manufactured product within the limits of your competence
- Approve the work schedule of subordinates and keep track of their working hours
- Be responsible for the quality of the manufactured products within the limits of your competence
- Supervise the technological processes of the manufactured products
- Keep assigned logs
- Ensure the effective transfer of the shift to the next shift
- Find more efficient ways of working in your field of work
This position will suit you if:
- Able to work a 12-hour shift schedule (2 days / 2 nights / 4 days off)
- Have similar work experience in the food industry (this would be a great advantage)
- Have team management skills and experience
- Have a desire to work and improve
- Be responsible, tidy, meticulous and consistent
