Shift Manager (s)

The Production Shift Manager will be responsible for:
ensuring smooth production operations;
organizing the work of production employees;
ensuring production quality;
efficient use of production resources;
analyzing and controlling production processes, controlling employees, and training new employees.

production management experience (at least 1 year for a team of at least 25 people);
excellent ability to lead and manage production challenges, processes, control shift activities, improve processes and systems, develop and motivate employees;
good knowledge of English and Russian.
