- Management of wastewater treatment and sludge treatment technological processes;
- Organization of wastewater treatment plants and sludge treatment plants, maintenance, repairs, breakdowns and emergency liquidation;
- Effective organization and control of the work of subordinate employees;
- Filling in operational documentation;
- Tracking and analysis of established performance indicators (KPIs).
We hope you
- You have at least 1 year of similar work experience in the fields of production, infrastructure management or energy;
- You have a higher or higher education (an advantage - in water management or technical/engineering);
- You know the constructions of equipment and the peculiarities of their operation;
- You are able to read diagrams and drawings;
- You are proactive, quickly oriented, able to make decisions and solve problems;
- You have a driver's license (category B) - an advantage;
- You value responsibility, cooperation and professionalism.
- We will consider your experience in the field of continuous improvement/LEAN, knowledge of the principles and tools of this methodology and the ability to apply them in daily activities as an advantage.
