We are looking for an Assistant Shift Manager who will take care of the smooth operation of the production shift, manage people and ensure results. This is a position that not only supports processes, but also actively seeks ways to work more efficiently, implement new ideas and contribute to the growth of the LEAN culture.

Nature of work
Assisting the shift manager in organizing the production process and ensuring smooth shift work.
Supporting production quality and process control.
Coordination of employee activities: task allocation, training of new employees.
Monitoring production indicators (quality, productivity, defects) and making suggestions for improvement.
Assisting in ensuring order and occupational safety.
Prompt resolution of problems and deviations during the shift.
Cooperation with other departments and providing ideas for process improvement.

Employee requirements
Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
Ability to build a team and organize its work.
Responsibility, results-oriented, quick decision-making.
Computer literacy (MS Office).
Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
Willingness to learn, develop and provide ideas for improving processes.
